Completion of the work except surfacing and departmental work is anticipated by the end of 1934, so that in addition to the amount of $7,350 for increased costs, the sum of $14,782 is also required as a revote of the unexpended balance from the funds approved for 1933.

A supplementary vote for $22,132 is therefore requested.

The above is to be met from savings under Head 34 sub-head 21 $7,500, Head 34 sub-head 23=$14,632 (1934 Estimates page 101 sub-heads 21 and 23).
